Indications
Patector is indicated for the treatment of disorders related to hormonal deficiencies, such as hormone replacement therapy in menopausal women. This medication can be used in cases of primary or secondary amenorrhea and for the regulation of menstrual cycles. It is also useful in the treatment of certain types of ovarian dysfunction and in the prevention of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women. Additionally, it has been used in the management of symptoms related to premenstrual syndrome.
Composition
Each prefilled syringe of Patector contains: 150 mg of algestone and 10 mg of estradiol, along with necessary excipients for its formulation.
Contraindications
This medication should not be used in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. It is also contraindicated in cases of breast or endometrial cancer, active or recent thromboembolic disease, as well as in patients with severe liver diseases or coagulation disorders. Its use is not recommended in pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in women with a history of cardiovascular disease, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, or a family history of cancer. Regular medical follow-up is important to evaluate the efficacy of the treatment and detect possible adverse effects. Patector should be used under strict medical supervision, especially in patients with pre-existing conditions.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Protect from light and keep out of reach of children.

- FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
