Indications
Pankreoflat is indicated for the treatment of digestive disorders associated with pancreatic insufficiency, such as in cases of chronic pancreatitis, cystic fibrosis, and other conditions that affect the production of digestive enzymes. Additionally, it is used to relieve symptoms of gastrointestinal discomfort such as abdominal bloating, flatulence, and colic, by providing the necessary enzymes for proper food digestion. It is useful in patients who require additional enzymatic support due to malabsorption of nutrients.
Composition
Each Pankreoflat tablet contains: 170 mg of pancreatin and 780 mg of dimethicone.
Contraindications
The use of Pankreoflat is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to pancreatin, dimethicone, or any component of the formula. It should not be used in the presence of acute pancreatitis or exacerbations of chronic pancreatitis.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of allergies to pork-derived products, as pancreatin is sourced from this origin. Likewise, regular medical follow-up is recommended for patients requiring prolonged treatment. It is important to avoid self-medication and use the product under medical supervision, especially in patients with pre-existing hepatobiliary or gastrointestinal conditions.

- FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
