Indications

Oxylin Liquifilm Drops are indicated for the treatment of nasal and ocular congestion. They are used to relieve symptoms of allergic rhinitis, as well as in cases of non-allergic rhinitis. This medication acts as a vasoconstrictor, helping to reduce inflammation and redness of the mucous membranes. It is useful in the management of nasal congestion associated with common colds and sinusitis, as well as in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis.

Composition

Each ml of Oxylin Liquifilm Drops contains: Oxymetazoline 0.25 mg (0.025% w/v) as the active ingredient, in addition to excipients that facilitate its formulation.

Contraindications

This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to oxymetazoline or any of the formula's components. It should not be used in cases of narrow-angle glaucoma or in patients undergoing treatment with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs).

Precautions

Caution should be exercised in patients with cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, hyperthyroidism, or diabetes mellitus. Prolonged use may lead to adverse effects such as reactive hyperemia and drug dependence. Its use is not recommended in children under 6 years of age without medical supervision.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, at room temperature, out of reach of children. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight and do not use after the expiration date indicated on the packaging.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
  4. Orders received after 2:00 PM will be shipped the next day.
