Indications
Normex Suspension is indicated for the treatment of occasional constipation in adults and children. Milk of Magnesia acts as an osmotic laxative, drawing water into the intestine, facilitating the passage of stools. It is useful in situations where gentle bowel evacuation is required, as well as in the relief of stomach acidity and discomfort associated with indigestion. Normex can be used in the management of digestive problems in patients requiring a temporary solution for constipation.
Composition
Each 15 ml of Normex Suspension contains:
- Milk of Magnesia: 8.5 g
Contraindications
Normex Suspension is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. It should not be used in cases of intestinal obstruction, severe renal failure, or in patients with heart problems without a doctor's supervision. Likewise, its use should be avoided in children under 2 years of age without the indication and supervision of a healthcare professional.
Precautions
It is recommended to use Normex with caution in patients with gastrointestinal disorders, such as inflammatory bowel disease or colitis. It is important not to exceed the recommended dose, as prolonged or excessive use of laxatives can lead to electrolyte disturbances. If constipation persists, a doctor should be consulted to evaluate the underlying cause.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.

- Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
- FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
