Indications

Nitelnoz (Zolpidem) is indicated for the short-term treatment of insomnia, characterized by difficulty falling asleep, frequent awakenings during the night, or early morning awakening. This medication acts as a sedative-hypnotic, providing an effect that helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and improves sleep quality. It is recommended for use in situations where insomnia is a significant problem affecting the patient's quality of life.

Composition

Each Nitelnoz tablet contains 10 mg of Zolpidem as the active ingredient. It also contains excipients that facilitate the formulation and stability of the product.

Contraindications

Nitelnoz is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Zolpidem or any of the excipients in the formulation. It should not be used in patients with a history of sleep apnea, myasthenia gravis, severe respiratory insufficiency, or in those with severe depression with a risk of suicide. Its use is not recommended during pregnancy and lactation, unless strictly necessary and under medical supervision.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised when administering Nitelnoz to patients with a history of substance abuse, depression, or psychiatric disorders. Elderly or debilitated patients may be more susceptible to sedative effects and should be carefully monitored. Combination with alcohol and other central nervous system depressants should also be avoided.

Storage

Store Nitelnoz in its original packaging, protected from light and at room temperature, between 15 and 30 degrees Celsius. Keep out of reach of children.
