Indications

Neomicol (Miconazole) is indicated for the treatment of vaginal infections caused by fungi, including vaginal candidiasis. This medication works by inhibiting the growth of fungi and yeasts, which helps relieve associated symptoms such as itching, burning, and discharge. Additionally, it can be used in the treatment of fungal infections in other parts of the body as directed by a physician. It is important to follow the healthcare professional's instructions to ensure proper and effective treatment.

Composition

Each ovule contains 250 mg of Miconazole, as well as excipients necessary for its formulation.

Contraindications

Neomicol is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to miconazole or any of the components of the formula. Its use is not recommended in pregnant or breastfeeding women without adequate medical supervision.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of allergic reactions to other antifungals. Avoid use in case of irritation or adverse reaction during treatment. Medical follow-up is recommended during the use of the medication, especially in patients with pre-existing medical conditions.

Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
