Indications
Neomicol Cream 20 mg is indicated for the treatment of skin infections caused by fungi susceptible to miconazole. It is effective in the treatment of dermatophytosis, cutaneous candidiasis, and other fungal skin infections. Its antifungal action is based on the inhibition of ergosterol synthesis, an essential component of the fungal cell membrane, leading to the destruction of fungal cells. Additionally, Neomicol can be used for the management of conditions presenting secondary bacterial superinfections in fungal skin lesions.
Composition
Each 100 g of Neomicol Cream contains: Miconazole 20 mg, excipients necessary for the formulation.
Contraindications
Neomicol Cream is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to miconazole or any of the excipients in the formula. It should not be applied to open wounds or areas with irritated skin. Additionally, its use in pregnant and breastfeeding women should be evaluated by a doctor.
Precautions
Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. In case of irritation or allergic reaction, discontinue use and consult a doctor. It should not be used in combination with products containing benzoyl peroxide, as they may inactivate miconazole. Its prolonged use or use over large skin areas should be supervised by a healthcare professional.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.

Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
