Indications
Nediclon (Diclofenac) is indicated for the treatment of inflammatory and painful osteoarticular processes, such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis. It is also used in the management of acute pain, such as postoperative pain and pain associated with renal and menstrual colic. Its anti-inflammatory and analgesic action improves the quality of life for patients suffering from these conditions.
Composition
Each tablet contains 100 mg of diclofenac sodium as the active ingredient. Excipients: starch, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, among others.
Contraindications
It is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to diclofenac or any of the excipients in the formulation. It should not be administered in cases of active peptic ulcer, gastrointestinal bleeding, severe hepatic or renal insufficiency, and during the third trimester of pregnancy.
Precautions
It is recommended to use with caution in patients with a history of cardiovascular diseases, high blood pressure, asthma, or gastrointestinal disease. It is important to monitor renal and hepatic function during prolonged treatment. Concomitant use with other NSAIDs or anticoagulants should be avoided without medical supervision.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30 °C. Keep out of reach of children.
