Indications
Modiodal is indicated for the treatment of excessive sleepiness associated with narcolepsy and for improving alertness and performance in patients with sleep disorders and those experiencing excessive fatigue due to specific medical conditions. Its use must be evaluated and supervised by a physician, who will determine the suitability of the treatment based on the patient's clinical condition.
Composition
Each Modiodal tablet contains 200 mg of modafinil as the active ingredient, as well as excipients that contribute to its formulation and stability.
Contraindications
Modiodal is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to modafinil or any of the components of the formula. It should not be administered in cases of a history of serious cardiovascular disorders, such as unstable angina or recent myocardial infarction. Furthermore, its use is contraindicated in patients with a history of substance abuse, as well as in those with Steven-Johnson syndrome.
Precautions
Caution is recommended in patients with a history of psychiatric disorders, cardiovascular diseases, or those who are undergoing treatment with other medications that may interact with modafinil. Regular medical monitoring during treatment is essential to assess the efficacy and safety of the medication.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
