Indications
Mimir is indicated for supporting the regulation of the sleep cycle, helping to improve the quality of rest and promoting sleep onset. Its formulation combines melatonin, a natural sleep regulator, with passionflower and valerian, known for their calming and anxiolytic properties. Chamomile complements this action with its relaxing effects, and magnesium contributes to the normal function of the nervous system, helping to reduce tiredness and fatigue.
Composition
Each Mimir tablet contains:
- Melatonin: 3 mg
- Passionflower: 100 mg
- Valerian: 100 mg
- Chamomile: 50 mg
- Magnesium: 50 mg
Contraindications
This product should not be used by individuals with hypersensitivity to any of its components, as well as those with hormonal disorders or who are undergoing treatment with anticoagulants. Its use is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, except under medical supervision.
Precautions
It is suggested to avoid the use of Mimir in combination with alcohol, sedatives, or antidepressants. Likewise, it is recommended to consult a doctor before starting treatment if you suffer from any chronic illness or are taking other medications. It is important not to exceed the recommended dose and to consult a healthcare professional if adverse effects occur.

Store in a cool, dry place, at room temperature. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.

- Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
- FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
