Indications

Mileva 35 is indicated for the prevention of unwanted pregnancy. It is used as a combined oral contraceptive method, which works by inhibiting ovulation, altering cervical mucus, and modifying the endometrium, making it difficult for a fertilized egg to implant. Additionally, it can be used in the treatment of menstrual disorders, such as polycystic ovary syndrome, hirsutism, and acne in women who wish to use a contraceptive. It is important to follow the doctor's instructions to ensure its effectiveness and minimize associated risks.

Composition

Each tablet contains: 2 mg of Cyproterone and 0.035 mg of Ethinylestradiol as active ingredients. Excipients: Lactose, starch, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, among others.

Contraindications

This medication is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of its components, a history of venous or arterial thrombosis, severe liver diseases, liver tumors, breast cancer, undiagnosed vaginal bleeding, and during pregnancy. Its use is also contraindicated in women who smoke and are over 35 years old, due to the increased risk of thromboembolic events.

Precautions

Caution is recommended in women with a family history of thrombosis, hypertension, diabetes, or cholesterol problems. Regular medical evaluation should also be considered during treatment, especially if unusual symptoms such as leg pain, changes in vision, or migraines occur. It is essential not to interrupt treatment without the doctor's approval.

Storage

Store at room temperature, between 15 and 30 degrees Celsius, in a dry place away from direct light. Keep out of reach of children.
