Indications
Milda is indicated for the prevention and treatment of vitamin D deficiency. It is especially useful in situations where there is a high risk of hypovitaminosis D, such as in patients with gastrointestinal diseases that affect nutrient absorption, in elderly people, and in those with limited exposure to sunlight. Its use is also suggested in patients with osteoporosis to improve bone health and prevent fractures. Furthermore, it can be beneficial in the management of autoimmune diseases and in regulating the immune system.
Composition
Each Milda capsule contains 25000 IU of cholecalciferol (vitamin D3) as the active ingredient, as well as excipients that facilitate the formulation and stability of the product.
Contraindications
It is contraindicated in individuals with known hypersensitivity to cholecalciferol or any component of the formulation. It should not be administered in cases of hypercalcemia or diseases that cause hypercalcemia, nor in patients with active sarcoidosis.
Precautions
Monitoring calcium and phosphate levels is recommended in patients using Milda, especially in those with kidney disease or who are being treated with other vitamin D supplements. Caution should be exercised in patients with cardiovascular diseases, as increased blood calcium can affect cardiovascular health. Likewise, it is advisable to avoid its use in high doses without medical supervision.

Store in a cool, dry place, at room temperature, protected from light and humidity. Keep the product out of reach of children.
