Indications

Miccil (Bumetanide) is indicated for the treatment of arterial hypertension and the management of edema associated with congestive heart failure, hepatic cirrhosis, and nephrotic syndrome. This medication acts as a loop diuretic, increasing the excretion of sodium and water, which results in a decrease in blood pressure and a reduction in body fluid volume. Its use is recommended in patients requiring effective control of fluid retention and a decrease in blood pressure in specific clinical conditions.

Composition

Each Miccil ampule contains 0.5 mg of Bumetanide as the active ingredient, in addition to excipients necessary for its formulation.

Contraindications

Miccil is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Bumetanide or any of the excipients in the formulation. It should not be administered to patients with anuria (absence of urine production) or those with severe dehydration.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised when using Miccil in patients with a history of renal dysfunction, liver disease, or conditions that may be aggravated by diuresis. It is important to monitor electrolyte levels and renal function during treatment. Patients receiving this medication should be regularly evaluated to avoid possible adverse effects related to fluid and electrolyte depletion.

Miccil should be stored at room temperature, in a dry place and protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
