Indications

Loratadine 10 mg is indicated for the relief of symptoms associated with seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, such as sneezing, runny nose, itching of the nose and eyes. It is also used in the treatment of chronic idiopathic urticaria, where hives and skin itching occur. This molecule acts as a second-generation antihistamine, blocking the action of histamine, a substance the body releases during allergic reactions.

Composition

Each tablet contains: Loratadine 10 mg as active ingredient. Excipients: Lactose, starch, talc, magnesium stearate.

Contraindications

This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to loratadine or any component of the formula. Its use during pregnancy and lactation is not recommended without medical supervision.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised when administering Loratadine to patients with hepatic or renal impairment. In case of adverse reactions, treatment should be discontinued and a doctor consulted. Its use in combination with alcohol is not recommended, as it may enhance sedative effects.

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.

Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
