Indications

Loratadine is indicated for the relief of symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis, such as sneezing, rhinorrhea, nasal and ocular itching, as well as for chronic idiopathic urticaria. This medication works by blocking histamine H1 receptors, which helps reduce the effects of allergies, improving the quality of life of patients suffering from these conditions.

Composition

Each tablet contains: Loratadine 10 mg. Excipients: Lactose, starch, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate.

Contraindications

Loratadine is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to loratadine or any of the components of the formula. Its use is not recommended in patients with severe hepatic insufficiency without medical supervision.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised when using Loratadine in patients with liver diseases, as the pharmacokinetics of the drug may be altered. In addition, it is recommended to avoid alcohol consumption during treatment, as it may enhance the sedative effects of other antihistamines. In case of adverse effects, treatment should be discontinued and a doctor consulted.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30 °C. Keep out of reach of children.

Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
