Indications
Lonixer is indicated for the treatment of mild to moderate pain. It is used in conditions such as postoperative pain, menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea), dental pain, and pain associated with musculoskeletal diseases. Its analgesic action is due to its ability to inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandins, which are chemical mediators of pain and inflammation in the body.
Composition
Each Lonixer tablet contains 250 mg of Clonixinate Lysine as the active ingredient. It also contains excipients such as starch, talc, and magnesium stearate.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to clonixinate lysine or any of the excipients in the formula. It should not be used in patients with a history of active gastric or duodenal ulcer, or in those with severe coagulation disorders. Caution is recommended in patients with renal or hepatic insufficiency.
Precautions
It is suggested to avoid the use of Lonixer in combination with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) due to an increased risk of gastrointestinal adverse effects. Renal function should be monitored in patients treated for prolonged periods and in those with conditions that may affect renal function. This medication is not recommended during pregnancy and lactation unless strictly necessary.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
