Indications

Lobi Hz is indicated for the treatment of arterial hypertension in adults. This medication combines two antihypertensive agents: Nebivolol, a selective beta-blocker that reduces heart rate and blood pressure, and Hydrochlorothiazide, a diuretic that helps decrease fluid retention and blood pressure. The combination of these two components is effective for managing systolic and diastolic hypertension, helping to prevent associated cardiovascular complications.

Composition

Each tablet contains:
Nebivolol 5 mg
Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg

Contraindications

This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to the components of the formula, severe bradycardia, second and third-degree heart blocks, decompensated heart failure, and in those with a history of angioedema associated with previous treatments with ACE inhibitors. Its use during pregnancy and lactation is not recommended unless indicated by a physician.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), diabetes mellitus, and in those who have suffered a myocardial infarction. Regular monitoring of blood pressure and kidney function is important during treatment. Additionally, dose adjustment should be considered in elderly patients or those with compromised kidney function.

Store the medication in its original packaging, at room temperature (15-30°C), protected from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
