Indications

Lm6 is indicated for the treatment of mild to moderate fever and pain, such as headaches, muscle aches, and general malaise. In addition, the combination of paracetamol and chlorphenamine is used to relieve cold and allergy symptoms, including nasal congestion, sneezing, and itchy eyes or nose. Chlorphenamine, an antihistamine, works by blocking the action of histamine in the body, which can help reduce irritation and inflammation in the respiratory tract. It is important to follow medical instructions to ensure proper and safe use of the product.

Composition

Each 30 ml of Lm6 contains:

  • Paracetamol: 8 g
  • Chlorphenamine: 0.05 g

Contraindications

This medication is contraindicated in patients who are hypersensitive to any of the components of the formula, as well as in those suffering from severe liver disease or kidney failure. Its use in combination with other paracetamol-containing medications is not recommended, in order to avoid toxicity. Likewise, it should not be used in cases of narrow-angle glaucoma or in patients with urinary retention.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of liver or kidney disease, as well as in those who regularly consume alcohol. Prolonged use or use in doses higher than recommended can lead to liver damage. It is important to monitor liver function in patients requiring prolonged treatment.

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.

Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
