Indications
Libertrim Pediátrico Drops is indicated for the treatment of functional gastrointestinal disorders in children, including colic and abdominal discomfort. It is used in the management of symptoms related to irritable bowel syndrome and other conditions involving altered intestinal motility. Trimebutine acts as a motility modulator, helping to regulate intestinal movement and relieving pain associated with abnormal gastrointestinal contractions.
Composition
Each 1 ml of Libertrim Pediátrico Drops contains 0.6 g of trimebutine, as well as excipients necessary for its formulation.
Contraindications
This medicine is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to trimebutine or any of the components of the formula. Its use is not recommended in children under 3 years of age without medical supervision.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of serious gastrointestinal problems. It is important to monitor treatment response and adjust the dose as needed. Prolonged use without medical supervision is not recommended. In case of adverse reactions, treatment should be discontinued and a doctor consulted.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the packaging.
