Indications
Libertrim Alfa is indicated for the treatment of gastrointestinal disorders involving abdominal pain and distension. It is useful in conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome, flatulence, and intestinal spasms. The combination of Trimebutine acts as a modulator of intestinal motility, helping to regulate gastrointestinal transit and relieve pain. Simethicone, for its part, works by reducing the surface tension of gas bubbles in the intestine, facilitating their elimination. Galactosidase aids in the digestion of complex carbohydrates, thereby reducing gas formation. This medication is especially beneficial in patients who experience abdominal discomfort associated with food intake or stress.
Composition
Each Libertrim Alfa tablet contains: Trimebutine 200 mg, Simethicone 75 mg, Galactosidase 45 mg.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. Its use is not recommended in cases of intestinal obstruction or active ulcerative colitis, as well as in patients with inflammatory bowel diseases. It should be avoided in patients with a history of severe allergic reactions or anaphylaxis to any of the product's components.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with liver or kidney diseases, as well as in those with a history of autoimmune diseases. Medical follow-up is recommended for patients using this medication for prolonged periods. Its use is not recommended in pregnant or breastfeeding women unless strictly necessary and under the supervision of a physician.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C, protected from light and humidity. Keep out of reach of children.
