Indications
Libertrim Alfa is indicated for the treatment of gastrointestinal disorders characterized by abdominal pain, bloating, and other symptoms related to irritable bowel syndrome. The combination of trimebutine, simethicone, and galactosidase acts synergistically to relieve symptoms of altered intestinal motility and gas accumulation, providing an antispasmodic and carminative effect. This medication is useful in regulating intestinal transit and reducing discomfort associated with flatulence and the sensation of abdominal fullness.
Composition
Each Libertrim Alfa tablet contains: 200 mg of Trimebutine, 75 mg of Simethicone, and 45 mg of Galactosidase.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. Its use is not recommended in cases of mechanical intestinal obstruction or infectious inflammatory bowel diseases.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of chronic gastrointestinal diseases. It is advisable to evaluate liver and kidney function before initiating treatment. In case of persistent or worsening symptoms, a doctor should be consulted. Prolonged use of the medication without medical supervision is not recommended.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Keep out of reach of children.
