Indications
Leneda Gel 0.01% is indicated for the treatment of acne vulgaris in adolescent and adult patients. Its active ingredient, adapalene, is a retinoid that acts on acne lesions by normalizing cell differentiation and reducing inflammation. This medication helps prevent the formation of new acne lesions and facilitates the elimination of existing ones, thus improving the appearance of the skin. Its use in combination with other acne treatments is recommended, as directed by the treating physician.
Composition
Each gram of Leneda Gel contains 0.01 g of adapalene as the active ingredient. Excipients: purified water, propylene glycol, methylparaben, propylparaben, carbomer, triethanolamine.
Contraindications
Leneda Gel should not be used in patients with known hypersensitivity to adapalene or any of the product's excipients. Its use is not recommended on skin areas affected by eczema, dermatitis, or open wounds.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised when applying Leneda Gel to sensitive or irritated skin areas. It is important to avoid excessive sun exposure and the use of irritating products in combination with this medication, as they may increase the risk of skin irritation. A sensitivity test is recommended before starting treatment.
Storage
Store at room temperature, between 15 and 30 °C, in a dry place away from direct light. Keep out of reach of children.
