Indications
Keral is indicated for the treatment of acute pain of mild to moderate intensity, including postoperative pain, muscle pain, headache, and dental pain. It is also used to relieve symptoms of inflammatory conditions such as arthritis, tendonitis, and other musculoskeletal ailments. Its action is based on the inhibition of prostaglandins, which contributes to the reduction of pain and inflammation.
Composition
Each ampoule contains 50 mg of dexketoprofen as the active ingredient. Excipients: water for injection, sodium chloride, hydrochloric acid, and sodium hydroxide.
Contraindications
Keral is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to dexketoprofen or any of the excipients. It should not be used in patients with a history of peptic ulcer, gastrointestinal bleeding, severe renal failure, severe heart failure, or bleeding disorders. Furthermore, its use is not recommended during pregnancy and lactation without medical supervision.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of gastrointestinal diseases, renal or hepatic impairment, high blood pressure, and heart disease. Supervision is also recommended in elderly patients, who may have a higher risk of adverse effects. It is important to avoid combining it with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) and anticoagulants.

Store at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Protect from light and keep out of reach of children.
