Indications
Keral is indicated for the treatment of mild to moderate pain, including postoperative pain, dental pain, and primary dysmenorrhea. Its anti-inflammatory and analgesic action helps relieve symptoms associated with various conditions requiring pain management. It can also be used in acute and chronic inflammatory conditions such as arthritis and other rheumatic disorders. This medication works by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis, which reduces inflammation and pain.
Composition
Each Keral tablet contains 25 mg of dexketoprofen as the active ingredient, as well as excipients that facilitate its formulation and absorption.
Contraindications
Keral is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to dexketoprofen or any of the excipients in the formulation. It is also contraindicated in patients with active peptic ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding, severe kidney failure, and those with severe cardiovascular diseases. Its use is not recommended during the third trimester of pregnancy.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of gastrointestinal disease, heart failure, hypertension, and those undergoing anticoagulant treatment. It is important to monitor kidney function in patients using Keral for prolonged periods. Additionally, alcohol consumption should be avoided, as it may increase the risk of gastrointestinal adverse effects.
Storage
Store at room temperature, between 15°C and 30°C, in a dry place protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
