Indications
Keral is indicated for the treatment of acute pain of mild to moderate intensity, as well as for the treatment of inflammatory processes. It is useful in cases of postoperative pain, dental pain, muscle pain, and migraine. Dexketoprofen acts by inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins, mediators responsible for inflammation and pain. Its use is recommended under medical supervision, especially in patients with a history of gastrointestinal or cardiovascular diseases.
Composition
Each Keral tablet contains 25 mg of dexketoprofen as the active ingredient, as well as excipients necessary for the product's formulation.
Contraindications
Keral is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to dexketoprofen or any other component of the formula. It should also be avoided in people with a history of gastric or intestinal ulcers, severe renal insufficiency, inflammatory bowel disease, and in the third trimester of pregnancy.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of asthma, liver disease, diabetes mellitus, or hypertension. It is advisable to monitor liver and kidney function during prolonged treatments. It should not be administered in combination with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, as this may increase the risk of adverse effects.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
