Indications
Innovair Aerosol is indicated for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and asthma in patients who require the use of a corticosteroid and a long-acting bronchodilator. This medication helps reduce airway inflammation and improve lung function. Its use is recommended in patients whose symptoms are not adequately controlled with short-acting bronchodilators. Furthermore, it is useful for relieving symptoms during asthma attacks and for maintaining disease control.
Composition
Each dose of Innovair Aerosol contains 1.724 mg of Beclomethasone (as beclomethasone dipropionate) and 0.103 mg of Formoterol (as formoterol fumarate). Excipients are: propane, butane and other additives necessary for the aerosol formulation.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula, as well as in those with acute asthma attacks or who require emergency treatment. It should not be used in patients with lung diseases unrelated to asthma or COPD.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, or in those undergoing treatment with monoamine oxidase inhibitors. It is recommended to monitor lung function and adjust the dose according to the patient's clinical response.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children and protect from direct sunlight.
