Indications
Higlobin is a medication indicated for the treatment of certain conditions requiring the administration of immunoglobulins, primarily in patients with primary or secondary immune deficiencies. It is used for infection prophylaxis in immunocompromised patients and as a treatment for some autoimmune diseases. Its use may be considered in situations such as combined immunodeficiency syndrome, as well as in patients with leukemia or organ transplants, where immunological support is crucial to prevent infectious complications. The administration of Higlobin must be performed by qualified medical personnel in appropriate settings.
Composition
Each Higlobin vial contains 5 g of Normal Human Immunoglobulin, in addition to excipients that facilitate its administration and stability.
Contraindications
Higlobin is contraindicated in patients who have shown hypersensitivity to human immunoglobulins or any of its components. Caution should also be exercised in patients with a history of severe allergic or anaphylactic reactions.
Precautions
It is recommended to monitor patients during the administration of Higlobin, especially those receiving this treatment for the first time. Careful follow-up is important in patients with cardiovascular or renal diseases, as well as in those with a history of thrombosis, given that immunoglobulin administration can increase the risk of thromboembolic events.
Storage
Higlobin should be stored at a controlled temperature, between 2 °C and 8 °C, avoiding freezing. It should be protected from light and kept in its original packaging. Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the package.

Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
