Indications
Hemosin-K Oral Syrup is indicated for the treatment of hemorrhagic disorders where stabilization of blood vessels and reduction of capillary permeability are required. It is useful in conditions such as hemorrhage associated with hematological diseases, as well as in situations requiring appropriate coagulation management. It can also be used in the management of hemorrhagic events related to surgical procedures or trauma, providing support in hemorrhage control.
Composition
Each 10 ml of Hemosin-K Oral Syrup contains:
- Carbazochrome 100 mg
- Menadione Sodium Bisulfite 30 mg
Contraindications
Hemosin-K is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. It should not be used in cases of hemorrhages caused by coagulation disorders that do not respond to conventional therapy. Additionally, its use should be avoided in patients with a history of severe allergic or anaphylactic reactions to medications.
Precautions
It is recommended to use this medication under medical supervision, especially in patients with cardiovascular, hepatic, or renal diseases. It is important to adequately monitor treatment response and adjust the dose if necessary. Caution should be exercised with concomitant use of other medications that may affect coagulation.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, protected from direct light. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.
