Indications
Hemosin-K is indicated for the treatment of various conditions requiring hemostasis regulation, especially in patients with bleeding disorders. It is used for the management of hemorrhagic episodes in patients with acquired or hereditary coagulation deficiencies. Additionally, it can be useful in situations where the coagulation process needs to be stabilized, as well as in the management of conditions such as thrombocytopathy and the use of anticoagulants that may lead to hemorrhagic complications. The administration of this medication must be carried out under strict medical supervision, always considering the individual characteristics of the patient.
Composition
Each Hemosin-K tablet contains 25 mg of Carbazochrome and 5 mg of Menadione Sodium Bisulfite as active ingredients, as well as excipients necessary for the product's formulation.
Contraindications
Hemosin-K is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. It should also be avoided in patients with a history of thrombosis or conditions that predispose to thrombosis, as well as in those with severe renal or hepatic impairment. Its use is not recommended in pregnant or breastfeeding women without proper medical evaluation.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of cardiovascular diseases, as well as in those who are receiving concomitant treatments that may affect coagulation. Continuous patient evaluation is important to adjust the dosage and avoid complications. The administration of Hemosin-K should be assessed based on the risk-benefit ratio, considering the patient's health status and medical history.
