Indications
Hemosin-K is indicated for the treatment of hemorrhagic disorders requiring the restoration of hemostasis, such as postoperative hemorrhages, hemorrhages due to coagulation disorders, and in surgical procedures where a high risk of bleeding is anticipated. It can also be used as part of therapy in conditions that compromise blood coagulation.
Additionally, its use is considered in patients with specific coagulation deficiencies or in those who are undergoing anticoagulant treatment and require careful management of their hemostasis.
Composition
Each Hemosin-K ampoule contains:
- Carbazochrome: 10 mg
- Menadione Sodium Bisulfite: Excipients q.s.
Contraindications
Hemosin-K is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to the components of the formula. It should not be administered to patients with coagulation disorders that do not respond to conventional hemostatic treatments.
Precautions
Hemosin-K should be used with caution in patients with cardiovascular or renal diseases. It is important to maintain constant medical monitoring during treatment to monitor for possible adverse effects and the efficacy of the medication.
Storage
Hemosin-K should be stored in a cool, dry place, protected from direct light and out of reach of children. The storage temperature should not exceed 30°C.

Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
