Indications
Godek is indicated for the treatment of acute moderate to severe pain, including postoperative pain, musculoskeletal pain, and dysmenorrhea. Its use is recommended for patients requiring pain management in specific situations where its use is justified, considering its safety and efficacy profile. Ketorolac tromethamine acts as a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that reduces the synthesis of prostaglandins, which are responsible for inflammation and pain.
Composition
Each ml of Godek contains 5 mg of ketorolac tromethamine. Excipients: purified water, sodium chloride, hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide (for pH adjustment).
Contraindications
It is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to ketorolac or any of the excipients. It should not be administered to patients with conditions such as active peptic ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding, severe renal insufficiency, or those who are receiving other NSAIDs. It is contraindicated in pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as in patients at high risk of bleeding.
Precautions
It should be used with caution in elderly patients, in those with a history of gastrointestinal problems, hepatic or renal insufficiency, and in those taking anticoagulants. It is important to monitor renal and hepatic function during treatment, as well as to evaluate the appearance of adverse effects related to NSAID use.

Store at room temperature, between 15 and 30 °C, protected from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
