Indications

Ganforti is indicated for the treatment of open-angle glaucoma and ocular hypertension in patients not adequately controlled with other antiglaucoma medications. The combination of Bimatoprost and Timolol works by reducing intraocular pressure, facilitating the drainage of aqueous humor, and decreasing the production of this fluid. This product is suitable for use in adults who require treatment to control intraocular pressure.

Composition

Each mL of Ganforti contains:

  • Bimatoprost: 0.03%
  • Timolol: 0.5%

Contraindications

Ganforti is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Bimatoprost, Timolol, or any of the excipients in the formula. It should not be used in patients with severe bronchial asthma, heart failure, or severe bradycardia.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases, uncontrolled heart failure, or diabetes. Monitoring of intraocular pressure is recommended in patients using multiple ophthalmic medications. This medication may cause changes in iris and eyelid pigmentation; however, these changes are generally irreversible.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light and out of the reach of children. Do not freeze. Once opened, the bottle should be used within a specific period indicated on the packaging to ensure its effectiveness.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
