Indications
Fortical Forte is indicated for the treatment of painful and inflammatory conditions. This medication combines the analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties of diclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), with B vitamins, which are essential for the proper functioning of the nervous system and the reduction of fatigue. Its use is recommended in cases of arthritis, tendonitis, muscle pain, and other conditions involving pain and inflammation. Additionally, it can be useful in the treatment of postoperative pain and pain associated with sports injuries.
Composition
Each Fortical Forte tablet contains:
- Diclofenac sodium 50 mg
- Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) 50 mg
- Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) 50 mg
Contraindications
Fortical Forte is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to diclofenac or any of the components of the formula. It should not be administered in cases of active peptic ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding, severe renal or hepatic insufficiency, and in patients with severe cardiovascular diseases. Its use in the third trimester of pregnancy is contraindicated.
Precautions
Fortical Forte should be used with caution in patients with a history of gastrointestinal problems, asthma, cardiovascular diseases, arterial hypertension, and in those receiving anticoagulants. It is important to monitor renal and hepatic function during prolonged treatment. Concomitant use with other NSAIDs is not recommended.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, at temperatures not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
