Indications
Ferrotemp is indicated for the treatment of iron deficiency anemia and as a supplement in situations of iron deficiency. This medication is useful in cases of increased iron needs, such as during pregnancy, lactation, and in people with inadequate diets. It is also recommended for patients who experience fatigue, weakness or paleness, symptoms that may be a consequence of iron insufficiency. Thiamine, for its part, contributes to the normal function of the nervous system and is essential in carbohydrate metabolism, which allows for adequate energy production in the body.
Composition
Each Ferrotemp capsule contains: 330 mg of ferrous fumarate and 5 mg of thiamine (vitamin B1).
Contraindications
Ferrotemp is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula, as well as in those with iron overload or hemochromatosis. It should not be administered in cases of non-iron deficiency anemia, such as megaloblastic anemia.
Precautions
Caution is recommended when administering Ferrotemp to patients with a history of gastrointestinal diseases, peptic ulcers, or those taking other iron supplements. Regular medical monitoring is important to evaluate the response to treatment and the need to continue it. If adverse effects occur, a doctor should be consulted immediately.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
