Indications
Facicam is indicated for the treatment of various painful and anti-inflammatory conditions. It is used for the management of acute and chronic pain, as well as in the treatment of rheumatic diseases, including rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. It is also effective in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea. Its anti-inflammatory and analgesic action helps improve patients' quality of life by reducing the pain and inflammation associated with these conditions.
Composition
Each Facicam capsule contains 20 mg of Piroxicam as the active ingredient, in addition to excipients that facilitate its formulation and absorption.
Contraindications
Facicam is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to Piroxicam or any other component of the formula. It should not be administered to patients with active peptic ulcer, gastrointestinal bleeding, or severe renal insufficiency. Its use should be avoided in patients with a history of asthma, allergic rhinitis, or urticaria associated with NSAID use.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, liver disease, or kidney disease. Continuous monitoring is recommended for patients requiring prolonged treatment. Concomitant use with other NSAIDs, anticoagulants, or medications that may increase the risk of gastrointestinal adverse effects is advised against.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
