Indications
Expliga XR (Topiramate) is indicated for the treatment of various types of epilepsy, including partial seizures and tonic-clonic seizures. It is also used as adjunctive therapy in patients with Lennox-Gastaut syndrome. This medication has also been shown to be effective in preventing migraines in adults. It is important that this medication be used under medical supervision, adjusting the dose according to the patient's response and the specific characteristics of each case.
Composition
Each Expliga XR capsule contains 25 mg of topiramate as the active ingredient. It also includes excipients that allow for the proper formulation and stability of the product.
Contraindications
Expliga XR is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to topiramate or any of the excipients in the formula. Its use is not recommended in patients with a history of metabolic acidosis or severe kidney conditions without adequate medical supervision.
Precautions
