Indications
Exel is indicated for the treatment of various rheumatic conditions, such as rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. It is also used in the management of acute and chronic pain, as well as in acute inflammatory processes, such as bursitis and tendonitis. Its anti-inflammatory and analgesic action helps reduce pain and inflammation in patients with musculoskeletal diseases. It is important to follow the doctor's instructions for proper use and to avoid complications.
Composition
Each capsule contains: Meloxicam 7.5 mg. Excipients: lactose, corn starch, magnesium stearate, and gelatin.
Contraindications
Exel is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to meloxicam or to any of the excipients in the formula. It should also be avoided in patients with a history of gastric ulcer or active gastrointestinal bleeding. Its use is not recommended in patients with severe renal insufficiency, severe hepatic insufficiency, or in those with uncontrolled cardiovascular disease.
Precautions
Caution is required in patients with a history of heart disease, high blood pressure, renal or hepatic insufficiency, as well as in those undergoing anticoagulant treatment. Monitoring renal and hepatic function during treatment is recommended. Additionally, concomitant use of other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs should be avoided.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
