Indications
Evipress H is indicated for the treatment of essential arterial hypertension in adults. The combination of Lercanidipine, a calcium channel blocker, and Hydrochlorothiazide, a thiazide diuretic, allows for effective blood pressure control by reducing vascular resistance and promoting fluid elimination. It is important that treatment be carried out under the supervision of a physician, who will evaluate the patient's response and adjust the dose if necessary. This medication can be used as first-line therapy or in patients who do not respond adequately to other antihypertensives.
Composition
Each capsule contains: 10 mg of Lercanidipine and 12.5 mg of Hydrochlorothiazide.
Contraindications
Evipress H is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula, in those with a history of angioedema associated with the use of ACE inhibitors, as well as in patients with severe renal insufficiency or who are receiving lithium treatment. Its use is not recommended in pregnant or breastfeeding women without adequate medical supervision.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of liver disease, heart failure, or electrolyte disturbances. Monitor blood potassium levels and renal function during treatment. In elderly patients, it is recommended to start treatment with low doses and adjust according to tolerance.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Keep out of reach of children.
