Indications
Espacil is indicated for the treatment of spasmodic symptoms of the gastrointestinal and biliary tracts, as well as to relieve pain associated with colic. It is also used in the management of disorders involving muscle spasms in the urinary system and in cases of irritable bowel syndrome. Hyoscine acts as an antispasmodic, helping to relax the smooth muscles in the digestive tract and other organs, which contributes to the reduction of pain and discomfort. Its use can be effective in patients experiencing abdominal colic, as well as in those with symptoms related to intestinal hyperactivity.
Composition
Each ml of Espacil contains 6.67 mg of hyoscine (hyoscine bromide).
Contraindications
Espacil is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to hyoscine or any of the formulation's components. It should not be administered to individuals with closed-angle glaucoma, myasthenia gravis, or conditions that may be aggravated by anticholinergic activity, such as urinary retention or gastrointestinal obstruction.
Precautions
Caution is recommended in patients with a history of heart disease, hypertension, or severe gastrointestinal problems. The use of Espacil should be supervised by a physician in pregnant or breastfeeding women, as well as in older individuals who may be more susceptible to adverse effects. It is important to avoid alcohol consumption during treatment, as it may increase the sedative effects of the medication.
Storage
Espacil should be stored in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children. Avoid exposure to extreme temperatures and direct light. Do not use the product after the expiry date indicated on the packaging.

- FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
