Indications
Esmisen is indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe acute pain, as well as in the management of inflammatory processes. Additionally, it is used in the prevention and treatment of neuropathy in diabetic patients, and in situations that require the administration of B complex vitamins as part of adjunctive therapy. This medication combines ketorolac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), with thiamine, pyridoxine, and cyanocobalamin, which are essential vitamins for the proper functioning of the nervous and metabolic systems.
Composition
Each tablet contains: 5 mg Ketorolac, 50 mg Thiamine, 50 mg Pyridoxine, and 1 mg Cyanocobalamin.
Contraindications
Esmisen is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of its components, in those with a history of active peptic ulcers or gastrointestinal bleeding, and in patients with severe renal insufficiency. Furthermore, it should not be administered to pregnant or breastfeeding women without proper medical supervision.
Precautions
Caution is recommended in patients with a history of asthma, heart disease, hypertension, and in those taking other medications that may increase the risk of bleeding. It is important to evaluate renal function before starting treatment and during its use, especially in elderly patients or those with comorbidities.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
