Indications

Esmisen is indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe pain, as well as in the management of conditions requiring analgesia, including but not limited to: post-surgical pain, acute injury pain, and pain associated with musculoskeletal disorders. The combination of Ketorolac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), with Thiamine, Pyridoxine, and Cyanocobalamin, is used to provide an effective analgesic effect while supporting the patient's neurological and metabolic function. This medication can be used in adults, and clinical evaluation of the patient should be considered to determine its suitability.

Composition

Each tablet contains: Ketorolac 5 mg, Thiamine 50 mg, Pyridoxine 50 mg, Cyanocobalamin 1 mg.

Contraindications

This medication is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula, as well as in those with a history of active peptic ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding, severe renal failure, or conditions that increase the risk of bleeding. Its use is not recommended during pregnancy and lactation, due to the lack of conclusive studies on its safety during these stages.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of gastrointestinal diseases, renal or hepatic insufficiency, and in those who are being treated with anticoagulants. It is important to perform adequate follow-up during prolonged use of the medication and to periodically evaluate renal function.

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light and out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.
