Indications
Emselex (darifenacin) is indicated for the treatment of urgency urinary incontinence and urinary frequency in patients with overactive bladder. It works by blocking muscarinic receptors in the bladder, which reduces detrusor muscle contraction and improves urine storage capacity. This medication is suitable for adults experiencing symptoms of overactive bladder, providing relief from urgency and frequent urination.
Composition
Each Emselex tablet contains 7.5 mg of darifenacin, as well as excipients necessary for the tablet formulation.
Contraindications
Emselex is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to darifenacin or to any of the product's excipients. It is also contraindicated in cases of urinary retention, narrow-angle glaucoma, myasthenia gravis, and in patients with severe hepatic impairment or moderate to severe renal impairment.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised when administering Emselex to patients with a history of gastrointestinal obstruction, urinary retention, or those taking other anticholinergic medications. A prior medical evaluation is recommended for patients over 65 years of age and those with cardiovascular conditions. It is important to monitor for the appearance of adverse effects.

Store the product in its original packaging, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C, protected from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
