Indications

Duosight Gel is indicated for the treatment of acne vulgaris. Its formulation combines two active agents: clindamycin, an antibiotic that acts against bacteria responsible for the inflammation of acne lesions, and benzoyl peroxide, which has antibacterial and comedolytic properties, helping to unclog pores and prevent the formation of new lesions. It is especially useful in cases of inflammatory acne, where papules and pustules are present. Regular use of the gel can contribute to improving the appearance of affected skin, reducing the number and severity of acne lesions.

Composition

Each 100 g of Duosight Gel contains: 1 g of clindamycin (as clindamycin hydrochloride) and 5 g of benzoyl peroxide.

Contraindications

This medication is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to clindamycin, benzoyl peroxide, or any of the components of the formulation. It should not be applied to irritated skin or skin with eczema. It is also contraindicated in patients with a history of antibiotic-associated colitis.

Precautions

Avoid contact of the product with eyes, mucous membranes, and sensitive areas. In case of severe irritation or dermatitis, it is recommended to suspend treatment and consult a doctor. It is important to avoid excessive sun exposure and the use of irritating products in combination with Duosight Gel, as this may increase the risk of skin irritation.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, at room temperature, away from direct light. Keep out of reach of children.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
