Indications
Dolocam Plus is indicated for the treatment of acute and chronic pain of osteoarticular origin, as well as associated inflammatory processes. Its combination of Meloxicam, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), and Methocarbamol, a muscle relaxant, makes it a therapeutic option for managing muscle pain and stiffness. It is recommended in cases of arthritis, musculoskeletal injuries, and conditions requiring a reduction in inflammation and pain, offering effective relief for patients suffering from these conditions.
Composition
Each Dolocam Plus capsule contains:
- Meloxicam: 7.5 mg
- Methocarbamol: 215 mg
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula, as well as in those with a history of severe adverse reactions to other NSAIDs. Its use is not recommended in patients with active gastric or hemorrhagic ulcers, severe renal insufficiency, and severe liver diseases. Furthermore, its use should be avoided during pregnancy and lactation, unless medically indicated.
Precautions
Caution is advised in patients with a history of high blood pressure, heart failure, gastrointestinal or kidney diseases. It is important to monitor renal and liver function during prolonged treatment. Special care should be taken in elderly patients, who may be more susceptible to the adverse effects of NSAIDs.

Store at room temperature, in a dry and cool place, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
