Indications
Dolne is indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe pain, which may be of post-operative, oncological, or acute and chronic injury origin. Its use is appropriate in patients requiring long-term analgesia, as well as in those who do not respond adequately to other analgesics. This medication acts on the central nervous system, inhibiting the reuptake of serotonin and norepinephrine, which contributes to its analgesic effect. It is important to consider its use in situations where pain cannot be adequately controlled with less potent medications.
Composition
Each tablet contains 50 mg of Tramadol, in addition to excipients necessary for the formulation of the product.
Contraindications
Dolne is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to tramadol or any other component of the formulation. It should not be used in individuals with acute intoxication by alcohol, opioid analgesics, or any other medication that acts on the central nervous system. Likewise, its use is contraindicated in patients with uncontrolled epilepsy or who are at risk of seizures.
Precautions
Dolne should be used with caution in patients with a history of opioid dependence, respiratory disorders, severe liver or kidney disease. The administration of this medication may increase the risk of adverse effects in elderly or debilitated individuals. Furthermore, care should be taken when using it concomitantly with other drugs that interfere with the central nervous system, as well as with those that may increase the risk of seizures.

Store at room temperature, in a cool, dry place, protected from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
