Indications
Dimegan Ped Solution is indicated for the treatment of symptoms associated with allergic diseases, including seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, as well as chronic idiopathic urticaria. Loratadine, its active component, acts as a non-sedating antihistamine, which relieves symptoms of itching, sneezing, runny nose, and watery eyes without causing drowsiness in most patients. This solution is suitable for pediatric use, offering an appropriate safety and efficacy profile for children over two years of age.
Composition
Each 100 ml of Dimegan Ped Solution contains: Loratadine 100 mg. Excipients: purified water, hydrochloric acid, and other excipients.
Contraindications
This medicine is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to loratadine or any of the formulation's components. Caution should also be exercised in patients with severe renal insufficiency.
Precautions
It is recommended to use Dimegan Ped with caution in patients with liver diseases or those taking other medications that may affect liver function. It is also important to avoid administration in combination with other antihistamines. In case of persistent symptoms or worsening of the condition, a doctor should be consulted.

Store the product in its original packaging, at room temperature, protected from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
