Indications
Dimegan-D is indicated for the treatment of symptoms associated with respiratory allergies, such as allergic rhinitis, as well as for the relief of nasal congestion and sinus pressure. Loratadine is an antihistamine that helps reduce allergy symptoms such as sneezing, itchy nose and eyes, and runny nose. Phenylephrine is a decongestant that works by reducing swelling and congestion in the nasal passages. This medication is used to improve the quality of life of patients suffering from these symptoms and to facilitate breathing.
Composition
Each capsule contains: Loratadine 5 mg and Phenylephrine 20 mg as active ingredients. Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, starch, magnesium stearate, talc and others.
Contraindications
Dimegan-D is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. Its use is not recommended in patients with severe cardiovascular diseases, uncontrolled hypertension, or in patients taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or within two weeks after discontinuing them.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with liver or kidney diseases, as well as in those undergoing treatment with other medications. It is advisable to consult a doctor if adverse effects or unusual reactions to the medication occur. Its use is not recommended during pregnancy and lactation unless strictly necessary and under medical supervision.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature between 15 and 30 degrees Celsius. Keep out of reach of children.
