Indications

Dimegan is indicated for the relief of symptoms of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, such as sneezing, rhinorrhea, nasal and ocular itching, as well as for the treatment of chronic idiopathic urticaria. Loratadine, its active ingredient, works by blocking the action of histamine, a substance the body produces during an allergic reaction. This medication is suitable for adult and pediatric patients over 2 years of age who experience allergy-related symptoms.

Composition

Each Dimegan capsule contains 10 mg of Loratadine as an active ingredient. Excipients: corn starch, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate.

Contraindications

Dimegan is contraindicated in people with known hypersensitivity to loratadine or to any of the excipients of the medication. Its use is not recommended in patients with severe hepatic insufficiency without medical supervision.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised when using Dimegan in patients with a history of liver diseases, as well as in those who are being treated with other medications that may interact with loratadine. It is recommended to avoid alcohol consumption during treatment, as it may increase the risk of side effects.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the packaging.

  1. Free home delivery by local branches on orders over $1000. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be added in the cities of Querétaro and La Paz, BCS, and $150 in San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
  2. FREE national shipping via ground on orders over $1,500.00. Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
  3. In case of oversized items, the corresponding fee will apply according to the parcel service.
  4. Orders received after 2:00 PM will be shipped the next day.
