Indications
Dilarmine is a medication indicated for the treatment of various allergic conditions and for the management of symptoms related to inflammatory processes. It is used in the treatment of allergic rhinitis, urticaria, allergic dermatitis, and other allergic reactions. In addition, it can be used as an auxiliary treatment in diseases involving significant inflammation. The combination of Paramethasone, a corticosteroid, and Chlorphenamine, an antihistamine, allows for a synergistic effect that relieves both inflammation and allergic symptoms, providing more complete relief to patients.
Composition
Each Dilarmine tablet contains:
- Paramethasone: 1 mg
- Chlorphenamine: 2 mg
Contraindications
The use of Dilarmine is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of its components. Its use is not recommended in patients with uncontrolled systemic infections, active peptic ulcer, or in those with endocrine diseases requiring specific treatment. It is also contraindicated during pregnancy and lactation, except under explicit medical indication.
Precautions
Caution should be exercised in patients with a history of cardiovascular diseases, high blood pressure, diabetes mellitus, or glaucoma. Medical follow-up is important if the patient experiences adverse effects or unexpected reactions. Prolonged use without medical supervision is not recommended.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct light and out of the reach of children. Keep the product at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.
