Indications

Diclofenac is indicated for the treatment of various conditions involving pain and inflammation. This includes, among others, the relief of acute and chronic pain, such as postoperative pain, pain associated with joint diseases like rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis, as well as the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. It is also used for the management of menstrual pain and in cases of dysmenorrhea. Its anti-inflammatory and analgesic action makes it a therapeutic option in various pathologies where pain and inflammation control are required.

Composition

Each Diclofenac tablet contains 100 mg of diclofenac sodium as the active ingredient. Excipients: starch, talc, silica, among others.

Contraindications

This medication is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to diclofenac or any of the excipients in the formula. It should not be administered to patients with active peptic ulcer, severe hepatic or renal insufficiency, or those with bleeding disorders. Its use is not recommended during the third trimester of pregnancy.

Precautions

Caution should be exercised when administering diclofenac to patients with a history of cardiovascular disease, arterial hypertension, asthma, or gastrointestinal diseases. It is important to evaluate renal and hepatic function before starting treatment, as well as to monitor for the appearance of adverse effects during its use. In patients over 65 years of age, the lowest effective dose and the shortest possible treatment duration should be considered.

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30 °C. Keep out of reach of children.

Otherwise, a fee of $170.00 MXN (One hundred seventy Mexican pesos) will be added for a standard package with dimensions up to 20cm x 20cm x 20cm and 1kg in weight, and $290.00 MXN (Two hundred ninety Mexican pesos) for packages exceeding the aforementioned dimensions or weight.
